How to book your ticket(s).
1. In the panels opposite complete your personal details.
If you are a parent of a Year 12 student or a prizewinner or a School Patron or a GM&B member or P&F executive or MHSOBA Council member please indicate this in the 'relationship with School' section.
If you are a new student in Year 9 2010 you are entitled to a "FREE" ticket. Write this in the "Further details" section when other paid tickets are ordered. If you are ordering only one free ticket dowload the hard copy Ticket Application Form, complete, and send in or fax to the number stated,
If you require seats by an aisle or if you require special seating requirements (e.g. disabled access) please indicate this in the 'further details' section.
2. Indicate the type of ticket(s) required and the quantity of those tickets. The tickets include Speech Night and the pre-Speech Night Dinner. Unbooked paid parking is available at, beside or under the venue as detailed on the website map.
3. Once you are sure of your entries click on the PAY NOW button. This will take you to the payment gateway window requesting details of your credit card payment. This payment is secure. All payments by credit card incur a $2.50 transaction fee. If the payment window does not hold for more than a second then you will need to turn off the 'pop up window blocker' on your browser.
4. Upon completion of the payment you will receive an automated response from the payment gateway confirming the booking.
5. Confirmation email. Once we have received all details you will receive a confirmation email from MHSTix detailing postage of ticket details and other matters pertaining to Speech Night 2009.
6. Tickets will be posted on Wednesday 25th November 2009.
If you are ordering tickets but do not have access to a credit card for online payments then the hard copy ticket booking form can be downloaded, completed and placed in an envelope marked SPEECH NIGHT 2009 BOOKING APPLICATION. You should clearly state your name and form and provide a cheque made payable to MHSTix or exact cash (no change will be given).
Place this envelope in the General Office for collection by MHSTix.
